    Making events like the WEEC greener is a significant contribution in the pursuit of sustainability. In terms of greenhouse gas emissions, transport has the greatest effect on the event. The organizers urge participants traveling by air or car to compensate for the CO2 emissions by using the CO2 calculator. Read more

The WEEC Goes in the Mail

francobollo weec2013To celebrate the Seventh World Environmental Education Congress (7th WEEC) the Moroccan Postal System has issued a commemorative stamp.

For the first time in the history of Moroccan mail, the stamp will be accompanied by an envelope printed on recycled paper, dedicated to the first date of issue.
